Payment/Refunds & Cancellations

Bookings - To avoid dissapointment, online or phone bookings are essential. 

Payment - No seats on the Wagon or Safari Rangers will be reserved without full payment.

Cancellations - Every effort will be made to maintain the advertised timetable but unforeseen circumstances may mean we have to re-schedule. In the rare event of this occurring you will be advised with as much time as possible so as to cause minimum inconvenience.

Refunds - We understand that plans sometimes change.

Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the scheduled experience will receive a full refund, less a $25 cancellation administration fee per booking.

This is a one-off fee per cancelled booking, not per person, and includes the transaction and processing costs associated with receiving and refunding your payment.

For cancellations received within 48 hours of the scheduled experience, no refund will be provided. However, if we are able to re-sell your booked places, we will provide a refund less the $25 cancellation administration fee.

If Texas Longhorn Tours cancels an experience, due to a situation beyond our control, we will do our best to find an alternative time that suits you. If this is not possible guests will receive a full refund with no cancellation fee.
